Change of Mind
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so if you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer returns for most items. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty or does not match the description, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement as per Australian Consumer Law.

We will arrange for the return shipping of faulty or incorrect items, and we will cover the cost of return postage.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us at info@zazthetics.com to obtain a return authorisation. We’ll send you the instructions for returning your item.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. You’ll be notified once your refund has been issued.
Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are required to provide a guarantee that all goods are of acceptable quality, match the description, and are fit for purpose. If an item does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
